WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Candidates should have experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
Swimming Pool Filtration Systems
Understanding pool filtration equipment, circulation, pumps, filters, and related components.
Automation of Pool Heating Systems
Knowledge of automated controls and systems used to manage pool heating efficiently.
Solar Pool Heating Systems and Panels
Familiarity with solar pool heating equipment, panels, connections, and installation practices.
Solar Panel Installation on Roofs
Experience with installing solar panels and related equipment on residential or other suitable roof structures.
Roof Safety Regulations and Procedures
Understanding safe working practices, roof access procedures, fall protection, and relevant safety requirements.
General Pool Heating and Related Systems
A broad understanding of pool heating, solar heating, filtration, pumps, controls, and associated equipment.
Relevant hands-on experience is highly valued. However, candidates with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered for suitable opportunities.
Skills That Can Help You Succeed
The right candidate should be dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with technical equipment. Good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a professional approach are also important.
Because many of our projects involve pool equipment, heating systems, solar technology, and roof installations, candidates should be comfortable working in practical environments and following established safety procedures.
A valid driver's license is required depending on the position and job responsibilities.
